Hi. I´m Jim,
I´ve been lucky enough to travel a bit with my work, and so was able to sample the authentic tastes of various African, Asian, American, Australian and European cultures.
It is with these in mind, that I´d like to share with you some of the success stories (and of course some of the failures too!) I have had with my take on some of the many truly delicious flavours I´ve encountered.
